print shop in a box

Decmber 5 - february 1

OPening reception:

December 5: 7pm - 9pm

Printmaking is a radical and dynamic art form inherently collaborative in nature, and Newfoundland and Labrador has a rich history of printmaking.

Print Shop in a Box works by delivering a portable studio that is flexible, and adaptable, and an ongoing resource for the public to learn about printmaking. all for free to participating communities. printshop in a box will foster sustainable, mutual, and nurturing relationships with rural communities in the province. By including hardware that accommodates various degrees of dexterity, a mounting board for easier use, ink that is water soluble, and instructions in a ‘zine (also found on the resource tab below) and video that will appear in English and French. We hope to meet the community at home and foster creativity through printmaking.
